While Kyoten Sushiko, the restaurant version of beloved sushi trailer Kyoten, debuted in July serving only the focused-omakase for dinner, soon enough that will change. Casual sushi lunch is being introduced to the Mueller restaurant beginning tomorrow, Thursday, September 8, as Austin 360 reports.

Chef and owner Otto Phan’s lauded boxed-style sushi return to lunch, along with rolls, rice bowls, and more that were featured on the defunct trailer’s menu. Newer items include poke, seaweed, and hamachi salad. Everything is available for dine-in or takeout, ordered counter service-style. The mid-day drinks are simple: water, soda, Topo Chico, and beer. Check out the full offerings below.

The restaurant fits 26 guests. lunching hours will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

Tickets for Kyoten's omakase menu can be made in advance for $150, full of nigiri and other bites, paired with sake and beer.
