Sandwich experts Noble Sandwich Co. is bringing its beloved goods to Georgetown. The expansion will deliver its the same filling meat and bread combinations, including the smoked duck pastrami, for its third location.
Georgetown residents can look out for lunch, dinner, weekend breakfast, and an emphasis on beer. Owner and chef John Bates teases "special surprises" on the menu, too. He works with co-owner and chef Brandon Martinez.
Georgetown appealed to Noble Sandwich because it "has a great Texas vibe and seems like a tight knit community," as Bates explained to Eater, of which he hopes to become part of. He’s also very open to the idea of expanding all over the Austin-area, especially into South Austin.
The Georgetown Noble Sandwich will found in the square across the street from the Williamson County Judge Office at 112 West 8th Street. Chet Garner, host of Texas travel web series The Daytripper, owns the property, and is working with Bates and Martinez for the location.
While there is no set opening date as of this time, Noble looking to ideally open in Georgetown sometime in late winter or early spring in 2017.
Noble Sandwiches first opened on 620 in 2010, followed by the more central location on Burnet Road in 2014.
