Fluff Meringues + More is opening a brick and mortar cafe right on Burnet Road, next door to Noble Sandwich Co. This will be the catering company’s first physical space.

On deck for the fluffery will be meringues (drops, clouds, pavlovas), biscotti, cakes (like candied blood oranges and pistachio olive oil), scones, and more. Customers can also order pavlovas topped with custards, fruit, and drizzles like balsamic raspberry or ginger caramel.

Booze is in the lineup, along the wine, champagne, beer, cider, plus coffee and other drinks. High tea will be served on the weekends, with leaves sourced from London’s Tea Palace. Weekday happy hours are in the works, too.

The space will be designed by Matt Fajkus Architecture, which also worked on Juice Society. Owner Kristin Collins describes the decor as a "modern take on the quirky atmosphere of Alice in Wonderland," for a "sophisticated yet playful" vibe. When the cafe does open, though no opening date is available yet, Fluff will still offer event and wedding catering.
