Kerlin BBQ’s kolaches are stuff of legend: smoked meats, cheese, and various vegetables stuffed into dough. It was such a big hit that, at one point, the trailer dedicated most of its operating hours to the baked goods. Even Jimmy Kimmel is a fan.

Unfortunately, the barbecue trailer had to put a hold on the savory pastries earlier this year. Fans could grab the exclusive kolaches only during occasional specials. But that won’t be a problem anymore when Kerlin BBQ pitmaster and owner Bill Kerlin opens his own dedicated kolache trailer. He talked about it with Zagat, which wrote:

However, he is working on getting a Kerlin Kolaches trailer up and running by the end of the year […]

There are no further details on when the trailer will open, where it will be, or what it will entail (besides, you know, barbecue-stuffed kolaches). Keep an eye out for the smoked meats pastry meals on wheels by the end of 2016.

Once open, expect favorite renditions of the Czech pastries like the popular chopped brisket and cheddar cheese, spinach and goat cheese (for those looking to go sans-meat), and the breakfast-friendly egg and pepper jack.
