Actor Chris Pines opined on his love of Tex-Mex with Alamo Drafthouse last night during the premiere of his film Hell or High Water on South Lamar. He told two Drafthouse staffers on the red carpet that he’s a "huge Mexican fan," and was looking forward to Austin’s Tex-Mex options.

He shared that a friend took him to Torchy’s Tacos (he couldn't remember the name of the taco joint at first), where he ordered the brisket-filled Crossroads and the off-menu The Hipster, of which he liked the fried ahi and cilantro combination.

Pine and his film co-star Jeff Bridges stopped by the Continental Club later that night to watch Dale Watson perform.
