Fricano's Deli, the noteworthy campus sandwich spot, was vandalized over the weekend. Someone flung a brick through the restaurant’s window very early on Saturday morning at around 3 a.m. Currently, the window is boarded up, and Fricano’s is still open and serving food.

The entire incident was caught on security camera and the Austin Police Department was notified the next day. Fricano’s shared a still image of the brick-thrower on Facebook. If you have any information about the vandal, contact Fricano's and the cops.

The original Fricano’s Deli opened in 2006 on 31st Street and Speedway. The sandwich shop expanded with the second location on Nueces Street in 2011, and then closed the first store in 2012.
