Gearing up for Cow Tipping Creamery’s brick and mortar debut in June, the ice cream truck is shuttering this weekend. The last day of sweet service will be held on Saturday, June 11.

Austin won't have any stacked sundaes until Cow Tipping reopens as part of Cane Rosso’s first Austin pizzeria sometime later this month. It takes over the bakeshop portion of the shuttered St. Philip in Sunset Valley.

The new location means new items, according to co-owner Timothy Sorenson. Cane Rosso also previously teased the idea of dessert pizzas collaborations, too.

The for-now shuttered truck will potentially reopen somewhere else in Austin, or head towards Dallas. Cow Tipping already has an ice cream shop in Dallas within a taco store, which opened earlier this spring. The original trailer opened in 2012.
