Craving raw? Parked on Cesar Chavez near Chicon, Raw Goods divides the no-cook menu into four categories—raw fields; raw sea (amberjack, tuna or salmon); raw sugar; and raw drinks (yes, coffee is on the menu). It’s closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Add some zip to your morning commute with Kowabunga Coffee’s drive-thru and walk up coffee trailer located at 6911 W Hwy 290 at the Y at Oak Hill. The roster of specialty coffee drinks includes the First Kiss (vanilla, dark chocolate and espresso) and the All Nighter (six shots of espresso with a splash of Irish Cream).
YOUR MOM’S Burger Bar
The owners of the now-defunct Your Mom’s Burger Bar are taking their famed stuffed burgers and hand-cut fries on the road. The roaming truck will feature the most popular burgers from their brick and mortar days. Visit the Facebook page for the schedule. Your Mom’s returned to the Austin food scene last fall with a meal kit delivery service.
