Ice cream enthusiasts rejoice: Cow Tipping Creamery is quickly reopening in its new home on Thursday, June 30. The sundae specialists shuttered its sweets truck earlier this month in anticipation of the new home with pizza partner Cane Rosso, which will follow suit and debut next month.
With Cow Tipping’s new space, guests look forward to the same lovable soft serve in stacked sundaes, shakes, and floats, along new ones and a few favorites from the recent Dallas expansion, like a birthday cake-themed one and another with brownie and cookies. The opening special will be the beloved NOLA stacker, layered with bananas foster in soft serve and cake ball form, caramelized bananas, rum caramel sauce, and honey-dusted pecans. Dessert pizza collaborations and other exclusive treats are in its future.
Cane Rosso took over Uchi’s shuttered pizzeria project St. Philip, with Cow Tipping set up in the bakeshop area. This is the ice cream shop’s second location, and Cane’s seventh Texas location, and first in Austin.
