A car crashed into Parlor & Yard last night after a traffic accident in front of the bar last night, according to several tipsters and the bar’s Facebook page. The West 6th bar will remain closed for now until everything is assessed. Update, 10:43 a.m.: The bar is waiting for a contractor to determine the extent of the building's damage. Update, 3 p.m.: Parlor & Yard will reopen tonight at 4 p.m.

At around 10:10 p.m. on Sunday evening, two cars collided on West 6th and Neuces streets, causing one of the cars to smash into the side of Parlor. The impact of the crash caused "visible structural damage to the side of the building, as well as outdoor exposure," a rep for the bar told Eater. The force of the contact caused bricks fell inside, as seen in one of the photos, but no customers were hurt.

While Parlor urged "Don't drink and drive" on the Facebook post, there is no confirmation that any of the drivers were drunk.

Bridget Dunlap opened Parlor & Yard in February, taking over French restaurant Arro for the bar.
