Brunch-loving Snooze is quickly turning around its North Lamar location, which is finally set to open on Friday, June 10. This is right on the heels of the Colorado-based chain’s Austin debut on South Lamar over Memorial Day weekend.
Chef Bryan Beneke, who oversees this location's kitchen, will whip up the same brunch-filled menu. This means pancake flights, eggs Benedicts, and breakfast pot pie. For drinks, there are many Bloody Mary and mimosa options, plus coffee, juice, and more. Hours will be from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The North Lamar spot was originally slated to open before South Lamar, but kept getting delayed because of construction and rain. Ryan Devereaux is the head chef for South Lamar. This is Snooze’s second Texas location, with one coming to Houston, too.
Snooze’s home at 3800 North Lamar will also house The Chameleon Group’s (Swift’s Attic, Wu Chow) unknown third restaurant project.
