Spend some time with Snow’s BBQ pitmaster Tootsie Tomanetz as the 80-year-old works two different jobs. During the day, she is a custodian for Giddings High School. Then she starts way late night night (or early morning), she starts preparing smoked meats for her hungry barbecue customers in Lexington, Texas.
There is a special appearance by Aaron Franklin, who said she "pretty much made Texas barbecue what it is right now." Yeti, the cooler manufacturer, put together the short video, which was released today.
Tomanetz was also featured in last year's documentary For the Love of Meat, centered on key figures in the Central Texas barbecue scene.
