After a fight over line cutting at a taco trailer, a man was shot and killed early Sunday morning.
Rigoberto Jose Castillo was waiting in line for tacos at the truck parked at Lanier Village Shopping Center at around 2 a.m. when a group of people cut in front of him. He argued with them, and then got into a physical fight with two of the members. One of the men, Osiel Benitez, fetched a gun from his car and shot at Castillo and the crowd. Then the group drove off. A witness caught the license plate number.
Castillo passed away at the scene. Three other people were shot as well. Benitez is charged with murder.
