Veracruz All Natural’s first brick and mortar restaurant in Round Rock officially opens its doors on Friday, April 22. The beloved taco trailer will celebrate the first night appropriately with a party. Co-owner and chef Reyna Vasquez will cook up a special dinner for the evening, alongside music from a mariachi band and free beer, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Veracruz originally had plans to open a restaurant out on 2301 East Cesar Chavez in 2014, but those plans fell through due to permitting issues. The team told Eater previously that they were still looking for an Austin location for a potential new concept to fit in with the three food trucks. Veracruz opened in 2008.
The Round Rock restaurant’s regular hours will be from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day. The menu will feature those dearly loved tacos, plus an expanded menu with enchiladas and more.
