Parkside Projects continues to grow with a proposed juice bar, Jugo, as uncovered by Downtown Austin Blog. Further digging into the permitting database confirmed that chef Shawn Cirkiel’s restaurant group is behind the venture, though the initial permit was rejected.

Jugo's storefront will be added to the current building at 603 Brazos Street, which is already home to Eureka, the California burger chain. No further details are known at this time. JuiceLand took over the former Blue Ribbon Barbecue space in the Frost Bank Building this past February for its 14th location.

Parkside Projects already runs the nearby Parkside on Dirty Sixth Street, along with pizzeria the Backspace, Italian restaurant Olive and June, and tapas spot Bullfight. The group also expanded with event space 800 Congress earlier this February.
