Counter 3.Five.VII, where tasting menus are the center of the restaurant is taking advantage of its new liquor license by expanding into cocktails and booze, available in the dining room and bar area. Everything was designed by the restaurant’s advanced sommelier Jason Huerta.
For cocktails, look out for classic drinks like palomas, Old Fashioneds, and more. The rotating spirits section highlights brown liquors like bourbon and whiskeys. There are future plans to include a cask-aged Vieux Carre, calvados, and armagnac. Check out the full list below.
Counter offers three different tasting menus spanning three-, five-, or seven-courses, served right at the counter. The bar area started offering snacks, wine, and drinks last summer. Executive chef Lawrencce Kocurek opened the restaurant in March 2015 under, but left later that summer. He was replaced by then-chef de cuisine Damien Brockway.
