— El Chilito’s third location on 6425 Burnet Road opened this week on Sunday, April 10. Look out for a grand opening pig roast on Thursday, May 5. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays, and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends. The fourth spot on Manchaca Road is on track to open later this year.
