Look Inside St. Genevieve, Rock Rose’s Cocktail Destination, Opening Tomorrow

St. Genevieve is the latest opening in the Domain’s Rock Rose. Helmed by Jeff and Darren Van Delden of the Union Venture Group, the restaurant and bar focuses on cocktails and food, or as the tagline boasts: “dishes for the devout drinker.”

That means shared plates like flatbreads, samosas, and Mumbai fried chicken, all accompanied by music from the dedicated lounge DJ. On the drinks side, look out for wine, cocktails, and a Bloody Mary bar for brunch on Sundays. The decadent but light signature drink, I Dream of Genevieve, is a gin, rose water, and elderflower liqueur concoction sprinkled with rose petals. Sunday brunch is made complete with the DIY Bloody Mary bar, English toffee pancakes, frittatas, and more.

Hours are from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Sunday. Still to come for UVG in Rock Rose are 77 Degrees and The Rose Room.
