Love punk rock, karaoke, and Anthony Bourdain? SXSW is bringing all three together with a karaoke contest hosted by Bourdain himself on Monday, March 14. The team of chef judges, including José Andrés, Ludo Lefebvre, and Austin’s own Laura Sawicki. Before the games begin, Roads and Kingdom co-founder Matt Goulding will hold a conversation with Bourdain about eating anything and everything in Japan.

Fukumoto will provide grilled food, including pork belly and beef heart skewers. The festivities take place at Vulcan Gas Company on Dirty Sixth from 10 p.m. to midnight, with live music performed by Punk Rock Karaoke DFW.

There is a catch: only ten singers will get to compete. To get selected, budding crooners will need to upload a short singing video on Twitter or via email. Only songs from the pre-approved list can be chosen, which spans from Black Flag, David Bowie, Joan Jett, The Replacements, to XTC. Submissions will be accepted until midnight on Thursday, March 10.

Bourdain is also a featured speaker at this year’s SouthBites, the restaurant- and food-focused track of SXSW. He is speaking on Sunday, March 13.
