BURNET ROAD — Chi'lantro's third location, found in the space previously (and briefly) occupied by the Boise Fry Company on Burnet Road near the Domain, is getting its final coats of paint in anticipation of an April 18 opening. The expansion also heralds Chil'lantro's new policy of not accepting cash anymore.

SOUTH LAMAR — Lick Ice Creams has nearly completed its south Austin relocation to the Lamar Union. The original spot on South Lamar will close on March 30 and come back online at the Lamar Union location on Tuesday, April 5.

MUELLER — The Alamo Drafthouse now has the bones of a building, located adjacent to the Thinkery. This will be the homegrown movie theater chain's sixth Austin location, and will have six screens, hold approximately 600 people, and will focus on kid, family, and youth programming.

WEST SIXTH — ELM Group's Irene's is receiving the finishing touches, from light fixtures to doors to swag. The New American hangout will offer Blue Plate Specials on comfort foods and boozy punch.
CRESTVIEW — Baby Greens shares some visualizations of the resurrected salad joint's landscaping and outdoor seating, promising "the most gorgeous space you've seen."
FAR NORTH — Oskar Blues Brewery out of Colorado, is nearing completion on its first Texas location, as evidenced by this photo of the built-out tap room on the brewery's Facebook page.
