DRINK.WELL’S ANNIVERSARY WEEK

What: Drink.Well’s fourth year anniversary cocktail week is still going strong. The bar is bringing back old drinks from previous seasonal menus, like the St. Charles Streetcar from spring 2014 and Scotman’s Holiday from summer 2013. On Sunday, there will be an all-night happy hour with a special $6 menu.

What: Austin transforms into a jam-packed crowd with SXSW again this month. This year’s SouthBites lineup features Anthony Bourdain, Danny Meyer, and more. Celebrated chefs like José Andrés, Ludo Fegebvre, and others will cook up special dinners at Qui, now open to non-badgeholders as well. The SouthBites trailer park will host out-of-town trailers like Roti Rolls and Salt & Straw, along with Austin favorites like Kerlin BBQ and Veracruz All Natural Look out for crazy brand activations with plenty of free food. Just prepare for waits.

RED HORN’S ANNIVERSARY
Where: Red Horn Coffee House & Brewing Co. Cedar Park

What: Dubbed "Unoversary," the coffee shop and brewery celebrates its first birthday with special beer releases (including the anniversary special), special shirts, glasses, and mugs, food from Evil Wiener, and live music.
TEXAS KEEPER CIDERY’S TAPROOM GRAND OPENING
Where: Texas Keeper Cidery, Manchaca
When: Saturday, March 12, 2 to 6 p.m.
What: The cider makers will unveil its new taproom with a new blend (Grafter Blanc), plus food from Anjore and Hector's Tortas Ahogadas.

HILL COUNTRY KITETAIL FEST

FOR THE LOVE OF MEAT SCREENING
Where: Bullock Museum, 1800 Congress Avenue
When: Thursday, March 17, 7 to 9 p.m.
What: The state history museum is honoring Texas tradition by screening Central Texas barbecue documentary For the Love of Meat, which features appearances by Aaron Franklin, Tootsie Tomanetz of Snow's BBQ, and Wayne Mueller. The filmmakers will host a Q&A after the film.
