Fleet is run by Patrick Pierce and Lorenzo Perkins, coffee vets from Cuvee Coffee and Caffé Medici. The specialized menu even denotes two different coffee preparations, one using the Clever for one person, and the other with the Kalita for two, both at market prices. Coffee and espresso drinks made with roasts from Madcap Coffee will be served, along with teas, hot chocolate, orange juice, and hot chocolate.
The tiny coffee shop can fit up to 20 people, which includes counter seating. More tables will be added, along with an exterior sign. The cafe soft opened on Sunday, March 13 with some furniture changes to come. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily on 2427 Webberville Road.
