EAST SIXTH — The folks behind Corner Bar offered up a sneak peek of new project Revelry Kitchen + Bar, showcasing some mighty pretty rafters. The team hopes to open in time for SXSW.

SUNSET VALLEY — Cane Rosso shared a deeply satisfying video depicting the demolition of the former pizza oven at St. Phillip. The Dallas-based Neapolitan-style pizzeria is taking over the St. Phillip space — its ninth location — soon, with Austin ice cream purveyor Cow Tipping Creamery covering the dessert options.

NORTH — Oskar Blues Brewery, the blues-loving beer purveyor out of Longmont, Colorado, has its sights set on an April 20 early May opening up on Metric, and construction on the cellar continues apace.

SOUTH LAMAR — Backbeat, brought to you by the folks behind Drink.Well, is getting some interior detailing in the form of gold-stenciled fish and fossils. The new bar should be open within a couple of weeks.
