— Olive & June caught on fire on Saturday evening, but no one was injured. The Italian restaurant is temporarily closed to prep for Valentine’s Day weekend.

— Chi’lantro’s permanent downtown food truck will debut tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9, right at 7 a.m. with a lot of breakfast tacos and coffee. It will be found on 823 Congress.

— Adam Jacoby of Jacoby's Restaurant and Mercantile and fiancé Kris Swift were featured in Tribeza's love issue this month. The couple spoke about the supportive community in Melvin and their wedding plans involving the restaurant, of course.

— Match.com figured out that the average price of a date in Austin is a pricey $81.42, one of the most expensive in the country apparently.
