Bribery Bakery’s new Mueller branch is extending into evening hours starting on Friday, March 4. It will serve the night menu from 6 to 11 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Regular bakeshop hours begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. on the weekends (until 3:30 p.m. on Sunday).

Look out for snacky savory items, like meat and cheese boards, and popovers with jams and spreads. Deserts will include ice cream sundaes, creme brulee, and brownies. Cocktails like the bubbly Franny and the citrusy Debbie will be available all evening, along with wine and beer.

The original Wells Branch location is changing hours, too. It will be open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and then from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. over the weekends starting on Tuesday, March 1.

Owner and pastry chef Jodi Elliott opened the first Bribery Bakery in Wells Branch back in 2015 after attempts to find an east side location fell through. She opened the Mueller spot soon after this year, adding on booze.
