He will speak about his culinary history and his final cooking series Jacques Pépin: Heart & Soul. The event will begin at 3 p.m. at the Long Center, with tickets ranging from $19 to $100. A cut of the proceeds will go towards the Austin Food and Wine Alliance and the nonprofit’s Culinary Arts Career Conference.
