Radisson Hotel’s Sale, Central Standard’s Brunch, and More A.M. Intel

— Forestar Group sold the Radisson Hotel to a company called Austin Lakeside Hotel Owner for $130 million. The hotel includes reborn restaurant Dine, currently run by David Garrido. Before that, it was Chavez under Shawn Cirkiel until he left last year.

The Daily Texan profiled the owners of Tex Mex newcomer Isalia's from the father and son team Ezequiel and Gubiel Aviles.

— South Congress Hotel's Central Standard is introducing brunch this weekend, with pastries, eggs Benedict, latkes, and fried chicken sandwiches.
