From pulled pork sliders to buffalo chick'n wraps to vegan pizzas, here are three new food trucks to try in Austin this January. Read on for details.
Stacked Sliders
Last year, three brothers came together to open Stacked Sliders, a food trailer offering gourmet slider sandwiches, in Cedar Creek. The trucks has since moved to 1502 South First Street (formerly known as 40 North’s spot) in Austin, where it’s serving up beef, meatloaf, chicken honey mustard, pulled pork, and chicken parm sliders every day of the week for lunch and dinner.

Li'l Nonna's
Head to The Buzz Mill at 1505 Town Creek Drive and look for pizza slinging Li'l Nonna's pizza trailer where you get whole pies or Sicilian-style slices (square rather than circular). The 14-inch New York-style pizzas serve between two to three people. Choose from four vegan and vegetarian options including Cheese, Beeteroni ’n’ Cheese, Veg Out, and the Meat Out (featuring housemade Italian seitan sausage, beeteroni, and smoky tempeh). Open until midnight Tuesdays through Saturdays.
