Stiles Switch BBQ & Brew is getting in the holiday spirit with the return of its 12 Days of Smoked Meats. This is when the the barbecue restaurant takes it upon itself to concoct daily meaty specials. Each day will include a different Texas beer pairing.
It so happens that Stiles’ fifth anniversary is during the run (December 17), which will be celebrated with brisket chili. The rest of the lineup includes the ever-popular and outrageous chicken fried beef rib, brisket tamales with Tacodeli queso, smoked fried chicken, and more. Freelance pitmaster Evan LeRoy even collaborated on the tomahawk ribeye. Scope out the full lineup and dates below.
Keeping busy, owner Shane Stiles is opening a new restaurant in Dripping Springs with the help of Lenoir chef Todd Duplechan. The unnamed project will veer Southern with an emphasis on smoked meats (of course). It's set to open next fall.
