Lucy’s on the Fly, the fourth iteration of the popular fried chicken restaurant, is now open on South Lamar. Owner and chef James Holmes shuttered his first Austin restaurant Olivia and transformed it into a delivery-focused version of Lucy’s Fried Chicken

The menu spans the usual fried chicken options and adds in new dishes, like a fried chicken or seared chicken sandwich and a burger. Scope out the full offerings below.

While delivery and takeout options are the name of the game at the new Lucy’s, there is a dining room and full bar. The interior was painted black and features a colorful mural of Lucy's ladies. Olivia’s previous garden is now a kid-friendly playground and home to a chicken coop truck, all covered with Lone Star branding.

Hours for Lucy’s on South Lamar are from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with delivery available at the same time. The fried chicken-loving Austin mini-chain can also be found over on South Congress, Burnet, and along Lake Travis. Olivia closed earlier this month.
