The publication took a deep look at the Chinese investment proposal for the Austin Mirabeau Trump Hotel, but couldn't solidly establish the connection between the request and Donald Trump’s company. Austin Business Journal determined the project would be found on Red River and 12th streets. A Trump hotel rep said, "While we do not have confirmed deals nor any investments in Austin, we remain interested in this market from a brand and management standpoint."
