Eat Spun Ice Cream’s Doughnut-Filled Special

Just in time for Sweets Week, Eater Austin friend Spun Ice Cream rallied to create a frozen special in line with the sugary theme. Find the Eater exclusive dish, dubbed "Donut Touch My Coffee," concocted by the shop’s chef Christina Cheng. Get it quick, since it is only available for a limited time.

The desserts-on-desserts special incorporates the shop’s signature liquid nitrogen-cooled ice cream’s coffee flavor, doused with a homemade condensed milk, coffee crunch, and two itty bitty glazed doughnuts. Those tiny baked goods are topped with nutmeg and black and orange sprinkles. Everything is made using ingredients from Austin-based companies: Tiny House Coffee, Mill King Creamery, and Cuvee Coffee.
