Weekend Plans: East Side King Pop-Up, All You Can Eat Yakitori, and Beer for Dinner

ELVIS WIRE — Today would have been Elvis Presley’s 81st birthday. In honor of the King’s natal day, Chuy’s is offering $1 off of both the Elvis Green Chile Fried Chicken and the Memorial Combo, as well as featuring the Blue Hawaiian cocktail. BEER HERE — Hops & Grain and Supper Friends have teamed up for a beer pairing dinner helmed by Chef Happy Abdelbaki on January 8 at 7 p.m. at the Swoop House.
