Roberta’s, the line-worthy New York pizzeria, is taking over Bufalina for a New Brooklyn pizza pop-up later this month. From Monday, January 25 through Thursday, January 28, the Roberta’s staff will be slinging pies from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

There will be a special Texas pizza which has yet to be described, along with the famed signature pies, including the Bee Sting, with chili, honey, mozzarella, and soppressata; the Speckenwolf, which is full of speck and crimini; Cheesus Christ with a mess of cheese and cream; and the timely Millennium Falco.

It’s a busy month for Bufalina. Bufalina Due, the second location on Burnet Road, will open on Saturday, January 16. Under the Roberta’s umbrella is also the reservations-only Blanca and take-out/bakery section.
