Bufalina Due, the anticipated second pizzeria from Steven Dilley in Brentwood, will open on Saturday, January 16. Look out for a seasonal menu featuring those signature pies made in the Stefano Ferrara oven, wine, and newer items helmed by executive chef Alexandra Manley.

The Burnet Road restaurant's space is larger then the original Bufalina on East Cesar Chavez, and it includes a traditional kitchen. At first, the hours will be from 5 to 11 p.m., from Wednesday to Sunday. Eventually, the hours will expand to include lunch sometime in the spring.

Dilley, previously an Eater Young Gun in 2014, opened Bufalina in July 2013. He announced the second location early last year. Next-door neighbors in the Burnet Road shopping center are Barley Swine, which held its last night of service on South Lamar over the weekend, and Lick Ice Creams’ second store.
