BARTENDER SHUFFLE — Chronicle reports that JR Mocanu has assumed the position of beverage director at Vox Table in the wake of Travis Tober’s departure. His first act in his new job was to unveil a new cocktail program focused on new recipes, classic cocktails, and a monthly "friends and family" portion of the menu featuring drinks formulated by bartender friends from across the country.
