Epicerie's Chef Shuffle, Foreign & Domestic's New Hours, a New Mighty Fine

CHEF SHUFFLEKeith Abate has been named chef de cuisine at Epicerie. Abate has been in charge of the brunch and charcuterie programs at the Rosedale restaurant for some time. Now, he will now serve as owner and executive chef Sarah McIntosh's second in command. [EaterWire]

SERVICE UPDATEForeign & Domestic has discontinued the Monday night fried chicken & oyster special. In fact, effective now, F&D is closed on Mondays. Dollar Oyster Tuesdays will resume on January 26, and chef and owner Ned Elliott said to be on the lookout for the return of Sunday brunch, complete with fried chicken and micheladas, in mid-February.
