Chopped, Food Network's cooking competition show, is airing a brunch episode with Swift’s Attic executive chef Zack Northcutt on Tuesday, January 19. He'll face three other chefs in the three-round cooking contest. Some of the surprise brunch ingredients include alcohol, eggs, fried baked goods, and poached fruits.

Northcutt told Eater that it felt like "a whirlwind and emotional rollercoaster." He added, "I had an absolute blast and am so fortunate to have been asked to compete." He was promoted from sous chef to to executive chef last May when Mat Clouser, who was part of the opening team in 2012, left to pursue teaching. The episode airs at 9 p.m.

Austin has its own version of Chopped with Citywide 86’d, where restaurant chefs compete in a similar style. This year’s line-up should be announced soon. The Chameleon Group oversees Swift’s Attic, Wu Chow, Delish, and a fourth untitled project set to debut later this year.
