DOWNTOWN — Cochon 555, the swine-loving cooking competition, is making its Austin stop next month on Sunday, October 18 at the Driskill. Participating chefs are Salt & TIme’s Josh Jones, Contigo’s Andrew Wiseheart, Epicerie’s Sarah McIntosh, East Side King Thai Kun’s Thai Changthong, and Hot Joy’s Quealy Watson from San Antonio.
