Al Fico, the much-delayed and highly anticipated Italian restaurant, is getting closer to opening with the revelation of its osteria-style menu to Eater. The wood-fired oven will spit out pizzas like mushroom-laden ai funghi and the verde with ricotta and sishito peppers. Other dishes include roasted grapes, squab, rigatoni, and prawns. Check out the restaurant’s full menu below, created by executive chef Clinton Bertrand, with pastry chef Kendall Melton’s sweets to look forward to as well.

Owners Jeff Courington and Kelly Bell, also of Vino Vino, aimed to open the Italian concept back in 2012, but faced many permitting setbacks. Courington previously told Eater that he wants Al Fico to serve as an "homage to the way things were." It joins the Italian trend this year, with the openings of Italic, Juliet, Cantine, and impending Juniper and Visconti. While there is still no set date for the opening, it should happen sometime this month.
