Juliet is making brunch and lunch a reality at the Italian restaurant starting Saturday, October 24. There's brunch risotto, P.E.L.T., (a sandwich with pancetta, eggs, and smashed fried potatoes), and pastries like olive oil muffins and Italian croissants are all on the menu for the weekend meal. Drinks will include micheladas, bellinis, and Italian 75 with grapa and prosecco on soft ice. For the lunch line-up, pasta and pizza are planned. Brunch hours will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekends, and lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Additionally, just for the ACL crowds that will swarm Barton Springs for the next two weekends, Juliet will host special morning and late night menus. That will include coffee and pastries at 9 a.m. and pizza slices until 11:30 p.m. from Friday to Saturday, October 2 to 4 and 9 to 11 Update, October 9: Hours from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11 will be from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Unfortunately, happy hour won’t be available during ACL.
