Treaty Oak will unveil its new 27-acre ranch and distillery on Saturday, September 26. The Treaty Oak Ranch will be found on 16604 Fitzhugh Road. The Rickhouse is the taproom, where guests can try 16 different draft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks while surrounded by aging barrels of liquor. Nearby will be a Mexican and German food trailer run by Treaty Oak. In the works for later this year is the Cocktail House, the distillery’s restaurant that will serve food and drinks.

There will be tours of the larger facility, which allows the distillery to ramp up production of its spirits, including the namesake rum and Waterloo Gin. The sample bar in the gift shop will let people to taste test bottles before purchasing. For those who feel the need to bring children and pets, there will be a playground and dog park onsite, too.

The ranch will be open to the public on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. Dripping Springs is already a hotbed for booze. There’s Jester King Brewery, Argus Cidery, Deep Eddy’s Distillery, Twisted X Brewing Company, Revolution Spirits, and much more.
