Royal Jelly, the New American small plates in Highland, is ready for business after soft opening this past weekend. Helmed by Dominic Mauro with former Swift’s Attic chef Matthew Walker in the kitchen, the menu includes beer cheese, tamarind glazed beef ribs, and more. Drinks include a rose slushes and micheladas. Check out the full menus below.

Mauro wants Royal Jelly to become a neighborhood place, where diners can feel comfortable. It will be open Tuesday to Sunday from 4 to 11 p.m., with happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m.
