Here's the trailer for an upcoming film called Slow Burn, a self-described "#gastropunk documentary" that tells the story of "barbecue and urban identity in the rapidly gentrifying east side." Expect cameos by Sam's Bar-B-Que, BBQ Revolution, Kerlin BBQ, and more. The film is slated for release in Spring 2016, and a Kickstarter launch party (to help cover post-production costs) goes down September 5 at Cheer Up Charlie's.
