SUNSET VALLEY—Attention, bargain hunters: St. Philip now has some pretty sweet deals almost every night of the week. Sunday and Monday, all-day happy hour starts at 3 p.m. with $4 snacks and $4 Texas craft beers. Tuesdays from 6  to 9 p.m., get $3 Texas craft beers with $9 select pizzas. Wednesdays from 3 to 6 p.m it's $4 smoked BBQ oysters on the patio, and Thursdays from 3 to 6 p.m. it's four butterscotch miso chicken wings for $4. [EaterWire]

MUELLER—Sure it's still 100 degrees out, but if you're hungry for a taste of fall, look no further than Contigo. The restaurant just debuted a new cocktail menu by bar manager Elizabeth Powell, with seasonal sips like an aged rum Old Fashioned; see below for the full selection.

TECH WIRE—Austin-based delivery app Favor is expanding to Canada: Folks in Toronto can now get just about anything schlepped to their door by people sporting blue tuxedo t-shirts. [Austin Biz Journal]
