1) 100 Pizzitas — The Spain-based pizza chain decided to make Austin its first U.S. location, out on East 7th. It boasts of serving 100 different pizzas, including brunch-ready ones with quail eggs. There’s also pasta, risotto, salads, and more.

2) Boise Fry Company — Fries are the centerpiece of Boise Fry Company’s Austin spot out in far north Austin on Burnet Road, where the array ranges from potato varieties like purple, sweet, to ones made with Brussels sprouts. Burgers come in either beef, bison, or vegan. This is the third location of the fry shop, including ones in Portland and Idaho.
