1) 100 Pizzitas — The Spain-based pizza chain decided to make Austin its first U.S. location, out on East 7th. It boasts of serving 100 different pizzas, including brunch-ready ones with quail eggs. There’s also pasta, risotto, salads, and more.
2) Boise Fry Company — Fries are the centerpiece of Boise Fry Company’s Austin spot out in far north Austin on Burnet Road, where the array ranges from potato varieties like purple, sweet, to ones made with Brussels sprouts. Burgers come in either beef, bison, or vegan. This is the third location of the fry shop, including ones in Portland and Idaho.

3) LA Crawfish — The Houston-based franchise comes to Austin in Allandale with crawfish pho, oysters, spicy chicken wings, and more. Boiled crawfish, crabs, and shrimp come with one of three dipping sauces.

4) Bombay to Kathmandu — Nepali and Indian food is now available on North Lamar with Bombay to Kathmandu. Daily specials include chicken momos, pani puri, and somosas. One Yelper declared, that the sekuwa, wood-fired lamb, "was as good as it is in Kathmandu."
