CHEF SHUFFLE — Garbo’s Restaurant added a new executive chef, Mario Fortuna, and pastry chef, Alexandra Lee, to its brick and mortar team while the truck wraps up its residency at Wonderland. Fortuna was previously at Buddakan and events as part of the Stephen Starr Company. Lee worked with him at Le Grenouille. [EaterWire]
