— Z’Tejas, the Austin-born Southwestern restaurant chain, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week. The deal will include selling the company to Cornbread Ventures. There are three locations in Austin. Update, July 31, 3:30 p.m.: Despite this, the restaurant chain will still remain open, according to a rep.
