POP-UP WIRE — On the heels of Ramen Tatsu-Ya’s one-night takeover of Congress, the ramen shop is holding its first pop-up dinner tonight, July 20. The limited Pop Ramen dinner is only available only in the north store from 6-10 p.m. The a la carte items include spicy tan tan ramen, hush piggies, and yuzu pudding.
