POP-UP WIRE — On the heels of Ramen Tatsu-Ya’s one-night takeover of Congress, the ramen shop is holding its first pop-up dinner tonight, July 20. The limited Pop Ramen dinner is only available only in the north store from 6-10 p.m. The a la carte items include spicy tan tan ramen, hush piggies, and yuzu pudding. There’s also the summer-appropriate sweet tea with grilled peaches and ginger. Check out the full menu below. [EaterWire]

COCKTAIL WIRE — For lunch only, Porter Ale House is selling one ounce pours of Pappy Van Winkle for $10, until the 10-year bourbon runs out. The catch is each drinker needs to buy an entree, and there’s a limit of two shots per person. [EaterWire]

COCKTAIL WIRE — For National Colombian Independence Day, the Austin location of Liberty Kitchen will serve mondongo soup (pork, tripe, and chorizo stew), and beef and potato empanadas. The special dishes are available starting today, July 20 until Sunday, July 26. [EaterWire]
