Revered local burger chain P. Terry’s confirmed the locations of the chain’s three upcoming locations to the Statesman. The first will be on 5900 North Lamar, which is referred to as Burger Stand #10 on the city permits database. It’s the site of the old home goods store the Corner Shoppe. Then there’s the second on 5701 I-35 (Burger Stand #11), and the third on 183 and Lake Creek Parkway. Eater already reported that the fourth is taking over the former Super Burrito spot on 1800 E. Oltorf (#12).
Owner Patrick Terry told Eater earlier this year he wanted P. Terry’s to expand, bringing the total number of locations to 14. He brought up the idea of stretching outside the city and state, but freshness is a big concern for him. The burger spot opened its first non-drive-thru restaurant last summer in downtown.
